Function and Application:

The speed sensor is installed on the transmission output shaft or wheel.

It used to collect speed signal output to the control module.

The formula embedded in control module translated into speed and mileage, displayed by the instrument.

The speed sensor mainly has two types: Hall type and reed switch type. Qur company has both production currently.

Principle of work:

The speed sensor is commonly used automotive electrical parts, it makes physical quantities transform to electrical signals.

It has been widely used in various automotive industry.

Existing speed sensors typically include the shell, a shaft and a multi-pole magnet rotating part inside the shell.

The Hall element is near by the magnet. In the rotation of the shaft, with multi-pole magnet rotating together,

Hall detected changes in the polar magnetic output corresponding frequency square wave signal,

this signal is sent to the control module to calculate the speed and mileage
